CALL SHEET BUILDER
This is easier on a desktop. Building a call sheet means a lot of typing into a page the width of a sheet of paper — a phone can show it, but filling it in is a fight. You can read, zoom and print this one here, then finish it on a computer.

Crew Budget ×

Rates and expenses live only here. There is no rate column on the call sheet, so nothing in this panel can be printed or sent to the crew.
A quoted day is pay hours: California pays 1.5× over 8 and 2× over 12, so a 10-hour day is 8 straight + 2 at 1.5× = 11 pay hours, and the hourly behind it is the day rate ÷ 11 (12-hour ÷ 14, flat 8 ÷ 8). Lunch is unpaid and comes off the clock first; nobody drops below their quoted day. Payroll and workers’ comp are carried on wages, not on kit fees or receipts. Planning estimates — meal penalties and turnaround are not in here.
