Buddy Bleckley Rentals (“we”, “us”) operates this photo & video equipment rental website. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a rental quote or create an account, and how we use it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to prepare your quote and fulfill your rental, and we don’t sell your information.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email, company, and phone number.
- Your rental requests — the gear, dates, and any notes or questions you submit.
- Your order history if you create an account.
- If you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google account.
- A login session cookie so the site can keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, confirm availability and pricing, and fulfill your rental.
- To contact you about your request or order.
- To send you a confirmation and, when you owe a balance, an invoice.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Email delivery, to send quotes and confirmations.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Intuit / QuickBooks, to create invoices and process payments. When you pay an invoice, your card or bank details are entered on Intuit’s secure payment page — that information never touches our website and we never store it.
- Our website hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just email us. If you have an account, you can also review your order history when signed in.
