These terms cover your use of the Buddy Bleckley Rentals website. By using the site or submitting a rental request, you agree to them.
Quotes and bookings
Prices and totals shown on the site are estimates, not a confirmed booking or contract. Submitting a request does not reserve gear or charge you anything. We confirm actual availability, pricing, and any questions before your rental is booked. Final rental terms (deposit, condition, return, liability for loss or damage) are set out in the rental agreement for your specific order.
Payments
Invoices and online payments are handled through Intuit / QuickBooks. Payment card and bank details are entered on Intuit’s secure payment page; we do not see or store them.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when you request a quote or create an account. Don’t attempt to disrupt the site or access other customers’ data.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep gear listings, availability, and pricing accurate, but we don’t warrant that they are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Buddy Bleckley Rentals is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website itself. This does not affect the terms of any actual rental, which are governed by your rental agreement.
